The Glenturret Distillery

“Right from the start to the end my interactions with the In Equilibrium team were positive, engaging and professional. Well organised. They listened to what we were looking for in a training programme and were able to make this a reality.

In terms of the feedback from the participants, the comments overall were extremely positive.

The trainer was great in their delivery/reading and controlling the room and came across as calm, confident, understanding and it was evident that they are extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the topic/course content.

Working with In Equilibrium was a great and positive experience from start to finish and I hope to collaborate further in the future. It has helped people re-assess themselves and their work, the things they can control/change and how they can be more positive and also look for signs in others and help.

I would absolutely recommend In Equilibrium as a training provider.”
