New Course: Developing Personal Resilience

Personal resilience is arguably the most important resource for coping well during stressful times

Resilient people turn adversities into opportunities.  They view difficulties as challenges to overcome rather than pressures that might overwhelm them.   Indeed, the ability to persevere despite obstacles and setbacks is probably one of the most important factors in succeeding in life and enjoying it too.

This course is for any individual who would benefit from developing personal resilience to help them respond well to the pressures and adversities of modern working life and to help them identify opportunities to thrive at work.
